Terms of service

ToiletWags creates custom pet portraits from the photos you upload. The final design is based on your supplied image(s), instructions, pet details, and selected style.

Orders are accepted subject to availability and acceptance. We will confirm payment before processing the order and will email your final artwork link once the portrait is complete.

By ordering, you confirm that you own the rights to the uploaded photos and that you are permitted to provide them for this custom artwork.

We offer one revision included with each portrait. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees. You may cancel at any time, including after work has begun, and receive a full refund. Contact us with your order reference; refunds are processed manually through the original payment provider.

Final digital artwork will be emailed to the address used on the order when it is ready. We aim to deliver it within 12 hours after payment is confirmed. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and applicable Canadian law.

These terms may be updated from time to time. If you have any questions, email hello@toiletwags.com.
