Privacy policy

ToiletWags uses customer pet photos and order details only to create and deliver your custom portrait. We do not sell personal data.

When you upload photos, we store them privately and use them only to create the portrait you request. Our human artist team may access them to complete the work. We do not send uploaded pet photos to AI image-generation providers.

After your portrait is delivered, your uploaded source photos are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours after 30 days have passed. Order records are stored separately and may be retained as needed for customer support, accounting, and legal obligations.

Photos for unpaid or abandoned orders are scheduled for deletion 30 days after the order was created.

We keep your name, email, pet information, and order reference to process payment, create your portrait, and deliver the finished artwork. Supabase stores order details and uploaded photos; Stripe processes payments; Google Drive hosts the finished artwork, with access restricted to the customer’s email address. We remove source photos and final artwork 30 days after delivery. Payment card details are not stored directly on this site.
