Q: "How long does it take to get my illustration?"

Our artists turn around each order 2-5 days on average. If you'd like to make any revisions this may take an extra couple of days.

Q: “I don't have any good photos?"

Our customers may be buying an illustration as a gift and may not have the best photos to work with. If this is the case you can attach a stock image, just make sure to let us know of any unique details of the pet.

Q: “What if I want to make changes to my illustration?"

We offer free unlimited revisions before finalising your order to make sure you're 100% satisfied with your artwork.

Q: “How is the illustration produced?"

All illustrations are digitally hand-drawn by our graphics team. No photoshop trickery or filters.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Q: “What are the shipping times?"

If you've opted for additional items. After your illustrations is finalised it takes 2-5 days for us to create and print the order and anywhere from 2-10 days for it to be shipped out to you.

Q: “Do you really offer free worldwide shipping?"

Yes! We work with a number of production partners worldwide which allows us to ship to most of the world.

Q: “Can I track my order?”

Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive the tracking information via email and/or text.

Q: “Can I get a refund if i'm not happy with my illustration?”

We offer free unlimited revisions. But for whatever reason you are still not happy, we will offer a full refund. After you have approved the illustration, we cannot accept refunds.

Q: “My order has arrived damaged, what happens now?”

If your order has arrived damaged or not as expected, please contact us with your order number and we'll send a replacement as soon as possible.
